The franchise fee is non-refundable once the agreement is signed.
Any other payments, including store setup, advertising, and training costs, are due according to the payment schedule outlined in the franchise agreement.
Franchisees must comply with Sreeleathers’ operational guidelines, which include maintaining store standards, marketing, and customer service.
Franchisees must ensure that all operations align with Sreeleathers’ brand values and quality standards.
The franchise agreement is typically valid for a set term (e.g., 5 years) and can be renewed subject to mutual agreement.
Sreeleathers reserves the right to terminate the franchise agreement if the franchisee breaches any terms, fails to meet performance standards, or engages in unlawful activities.
Franchisees may terminate the agreement by providing written notice, subject to any termination fees specified in the agreement.
Any disputes arising from the franchise agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as specified in the agreement.
