The initial franchise fee is non-refundable once the agreement is signed and the franchise setup process begins.
If the franchise agreement is canceled within 30 days before the official start of the setup, a partial refund may be provided based on the services already rendered.
Any products or inventory provided by Sreeleathers as part of the franchise setup are eligible for return only if damaged or defective upon delivery.
Returns must be made within 30 days from receipt, and the products must be in the same condition as when received.
Services provided, such as training, store setup, and marketing materials, are non-refundable once initiated.
Refunds for defective goods will be processed only after a thorough inspection.
If you choose to cancel the franchise agreement before the setup process begins, a partial refund will be given, considering costs already incurred.
