  1. Size: 400–500 sq.ft (can include two floors)
  2. Investment: ₹10–15 Lakh

Standard Store

  1. Size: 1000–1500 sq.ft
  2. Investment: ₹25–30 Lakh
  3. Interior design handled by company
  4. Parking for 10–20 vehicles
  5. Staff: 8 (1 manager, 6 salesmen, 1 watchman)

Franchise Requirements

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Age: Minimum 21 years
  2. Education: Matriculation or above
  3. Status: Indian or NRI (180+ days in India)
  4. Credit: CIBIL Score 700+
  5. Location: No nearby franchise within 2 km
  6. Property: Dispute-free required
  7. Funding: 50% self-funded
  8. Timeline: Rent agreement within 28 days post-LOI

  1. ID Proof: Aadhar/Passport/Driving License
  2. Other: PAN Card, Education Certificate
  3. Finance: ITR, GST or bank statement
  4. Property: Lease or ownership documents
  5. Banking: Cancelled cheque or passbook
  6. Photo: Blue background passport photo
  7. Tax: GSTIN Certificate
  8. Video: 2:30 minute site footage
